RETURNS

Within 14 days of receipt, you can return items conveniently and easily, generally at your own expense. After this period, a return is no longer possible. In the event of a defect or wrong delivery of the product, caused by the delivery or by our logistics, the product can be returned free of charge

Please note that due to food safety, we generally cannot take back any food/supplements. Returns are primarily fashion items and accessories

We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receipt of your package.

1.1 Please first register the return in the customer account under “My Account”.

1.2 Click on “Orders”

1.3. Then select the order from which you want to return something, click on „Show“.

1.4. Click on “Return order”.

1.5. Select the product you would like to return and state the reason for the return.

1.6. As soon as all fields have been entered correctly, you can “request a return”.

1.7. The shipping label then opens and can be printed out.

1.8. The shipping label will also be sent to the email address you provided.

2. Pack your items Simply put the items in the package and stick the shipping label on the package

3. Post your return Bring your parcel to a Swiss Post branch or a Swiss Post Päckli point.

4. Get your refund It is best to keep the return receipt that was issued. After receipt of the package, we will credit the purchase amount within 14 days.
