1.1. These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as „GTC“) regulate the legal relationship between Cedric Altenbach – My Personal Health (hereinafter referred to as My Personal Health) and the customer regarding the online shop).

Unless otherwise agreed with the customer, the shipping costs listed under „Delivery and shipping costs“ apply. Delivery usually takes place within one to six working days within Switzerland and is delivered to the address specified by the customer. If the ordered product or part of an order is not available from stock, the customer will be contacted by My Personal Health. Shipping partner is Swiss Post.

Orders with a good credit rating can be paid by invoice, payable within ten days. After this period, a reminder fee of CHF 10.00 can be charged for the second reminder, a fee of CHF 20.00. can cancel an order or only ship against prepayment if the customer is not creditworthy or has one or more outstanding invoices from My Personal Health. VAT is included in all prices shown on the website.

The buyer undertakes to carry out the order in accordance with the conditions indicated on the website. Any error in an order must be reported to My Personal Health immediately.

We subject first-time customers to a credit check. If it turns out that the customer has or has had debt enforcement, My Personal Health reserves the right to refuse delivery of the
make orders conditional on advance payment. In this case, the customer can also withdraw from the purchase if desired.

The delivery will only change hands after the customer has paid for it. If the delivery is not paid for within the specified period when ordering on account, the buyer undertakes to return the goods to My Personal Health. In this case, the customer bears the shipping costs.

f the delivered goods are defective or if the delivery is delayed by more than two weeks without the customer having been informed of this beforehand, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract. The goods are to be returned to My Personal Health; the customer bears the costs for the return.

All offers and prices on the website are non-binding and without guarantee. Errors or changes to the goods and prices are reserved.

All products sold by My Personal Health are subject to the strictest controls by the respective manufacturer. For this reason, only the respective manufacturer is liable for the quality of his products. With your order you confirm that My Personal Health cannot be prosecuted for any complaints or complications.
